Please note that “business days” excludes holidays and weekends.

We try to declare all parcels with a low cost so you can avoid customs charges, however we are not responsible if your country’s customs charges you taxes and duties. All items are checked to be in perfect condition when we despatch them. We are not liable or responsible for any losses or breakages during shipment.

As we do try to keep the cost as low as possible for you, we use local postage systems rather than more expensive services such as Fedex etc. you will receive a tracking number when the package has been dispatched and is entering your country’s borders.

MISDELIVERED/RETURNED PARCELS

We are not responsible if your parcel is misdelivered or returned to us due to

  • Your supplying of a wrong/invalid delivery address during order confirmation. This includes all address details such as but not limited to:
    • Recipient name
    • C/O name
    • Apartment/Flat numbers
    • Dorm room/campus box numbers
    • University/Business names
  • Your failure to pick up your parcel at the post office.

In the event that your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to you, but you will have to pay a shipping and handling fee of $10.00 per order that is shipped via default Registered Airmail/ePacket. If you would like to treat it as a return, we will refund the value of the product(s) minus a 30% restocking fee. In the event that your parcel is misdelivered (delivered to another address) due to any of the above reasons, no compensation will be provided. This does not apply to errors on behalf of UCHIMADA which will be courteously corrected.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for unworn, unused merchandise with all original tags and packaging intact. You may request for store credit. UCHIMADA must be contacted within 3 days of posted delivery date documented on the online postal service.

Please contact us to obtain a return address before mailing merchandise back to UCHIMADA.

  • Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via email is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received. ·
  • If we happen to have sent you the wrong size, color or model, we will happily correct our mistake. You will have to take a picture of the mistake for proof, and will be required to mail the parcel back to us. A replacement or store credit will be sent. Please get in touch with us regarding a return address.
  • Please immediately try on the main portion of your garment upon receipt Please do not try on any panties or accessories until you know the main part (e.g. the bra) fits properly.
  • Eligible return merchanise must be packaged in original, undamaged, intact packaging.
  • As the customer you are responsible for the shipping fees back to UCHIMADA. Please ship whatever shipping method you prefer.  It is the customer’s responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to UCHIMADA that may have been lost in the mail stream.

Upon receiving your returned parcel, the refund/exchange/store credit will be issued within 5 business days. Store credit must be used at the time of purchase and may not be applied towards an existing/previous order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If we have not despatched your parcel yet, you may still cancel your order (If you have not received an email from us saying that your order has been placed, cancelling your order is fine) 12% administration fees will be imposed. This does not apply to items which we find to be out of stock, in the case of which UCHIMADA will contact you for either an alternative item or full refund. After this point, we are unable to provide refunds due to a change of mind.
